'Communication is the Language of leadership' - James Humes
Venture Académie offers three Entrepreneur Tracks (workshops) designed for entrepreneurs at various stages of their company growth.
Venture Académie Members are placed into groups who are in similar situations or stages of their projects or careers.
- For Track 1, Member entrepreneurs are in the concept phase of their project.
- Track 2 is specifically for entrepreneurs in the first stages of launching their new business venture.
- Track 3 is strictly for entrepreneurs who have recently started their business, and wish to learn how to grow their business
internationally, and plan accordingly to achieve the Triple Win Strategy over the long term.
Groups range from 8 to a maximum of 15 participants. Each Entrepreneur Track is highly focused on group collaboration and team interaction which ultimately helps better define the concept, challenge the assumptions, and gain insight and knowledge. Leveraging collaboration with other entrepreneurs is a key advantage before opening a business and Venture Académie clients, facilitators, instructors and guest speakers all work together to ensure each entrepreneur benefits from our very interactive collaboration methodology.
Each Entrepreneur Track also involves recommended activities outside of the workshops that support the time spent in the workshops themselves. Assigned on-line courses, events or mentor meetings directly correlate to the workshop subject matter.
